Your questions, answered

How do I choose the right size?

Our sizes follow age in months (Newborn, 0 to 3, 3 to 6, and so on) and we cut a little roomy to leave space for nappies and growth. Each product page has a simple weight and height guide, and if you are between sizes we suggest sizing up. Got it wrong? Swaps are free.

How should I wash and care for it?

Machine wash at 30 degrees with a gentle, fragrance-free detergent, and skip the fabric softener (organic cotton softens beautifully on its own). Tumble dry low or line dry. Washing actually makes our cotton softer, so the more you wear it, the cosier it gets.

What exactly are the materials?

Clothing is 100% organic cotton, with a small amount of natural elastane in cuffs and waistbands for stretch. Toys are organic cotton outers with a recycled polyester filling. Full fibre breakdowns are listed on every product page.

Are Bramble products safe for newborns?

Every fabric batch is independently tested for harmful substances before production, and our toys are made to the EN 71 toy safety standard with no small detachable parts. We use flat seams, covered poppers and tagless necklines to keep everything gentle against delicate skin.

What does the 60-day return cover?

If something is not right for any reason, send it back within 60 days for a full refund or swap, even if it has been worn and washed. Babies are unpredictable, so we keep returns genuinely no-quibble. Just start a return from your order email.
