Our ladder runs from Golden Mild (around 800 SHU, gentler than a jalapeno) up to Reaper Wild (around 120,000 SHU, for serious chilli heads). Each bottle shows its place on the scale, so there are no nasty surprises. New to heat? Start at Golden Mild or Smoked Medium.
What is actually in the bottle?
Simple, real ingredients: slow-roasted chillies, fruit (apricot, mango or tomato depending on the sauce), cider vinegar, garlic, sea salt and spices. No gums, no fillers, no artificial colours or flavourings. Full ingredient and allergen lists are printed on every label and on each product page.
Are your sauces vegan?
Yes. Every Brindle sauce is 100% plant based and free from animal products. The honey in our recipe-card glaze recipes is optional and easily swapped for maple syrup.
What about allergens and dietary needs?
All sauces are gluten free and made in a facility that does not handle nuts. They are not a low-sodium product, so if you are managing salt intake please check the nutrition panel on the label. If you have specific allergies or follow a restricted diet, read the full label or contact us at hello@brindle.example before ordering.
