Buying a bike online is a big call. Here is everything we get asked, answered plainly.

Does it arrive ready to ride?
Yes. Every Cadence is built and safety checked by a mechanic, then boxed 90% assembled. You attach the front wheel, bars and pedals, and a short guide walks you through it in about 15 minutes.
How does the 30-day ride test work?
Ride it for 30 days on real roads. If it is not the bike for you, request a return and we collect it free of charge, then refund you in full. No showroom-only excuses.
What does the lifetime frame warranty cover?
Register your build and the carbon frame and fork are covered against manufacturing defects for as long as you own the bike. Wear items such as tyres, chains and brake pads are not included.
How do I get the right size?
Our online size guide takes two minutes, and the bundle includes a pro bike fit. If you are between sizes our fit team will talk it through with you before we build.
Can I split the cost?
Yes, finance is available from £84 per month at checkout, subject to status. You will see the exact terms before you confirm anything.
