How do I use my prescription?
Add your prescription at checkout, or upload a photo of it, and we glaze your keeper to match. No prescription? Order plano frames or our blue-light filter on clear lenses. If anything looks off, our opticians check every order before it ships.
How do I know the frames will fit?
Start with the face-shape finder, then use the try-on box to wear up to four pairs at home for a week. Every product page lists frame width, lens height and bridge size, and our team will happily talk you through measurements.
What does the home try-on actually cost?
Nothing to try. We ship up to four frames free, you keep them for seven days, and you only pay when you decide on a keeper. Shipping and returns are free both ways, every time.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not happy with a finished pair, return it within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method. Returns are free, and we cover the postage label.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
If a frame fails from normal everyday wear, such as a hinge or arm giving way, we replace it free for two full years from your order date. Accidental damage is not covered, but our repair team can usually help at a fair price.
