We recommend a gentle 7 to 10 day switch. Mix a little Otis into your dog's current food, then increase the Otis portion each day until the bowl is fully Otis. Your welcome box includes a simple day-by-day transition guide, and most dogs settle in comfortably.

My dog has allergies or a sensitive tummy. Can they eat Otis?

Every recipe lists its full ingredients with a single named protein and no artificial additives, which makes it easier to avoid known triggers. We offer simple single-protein options too. If your dog has a diagnosed allergy or medical condition, please check the ingredient list and speak to your vet before switching.

How are portions worked out?
