The Voyager measures 55 by 35 by 23 cm including the wheels and handle, which sits inside the carry-on limit for British Airways, easyJet, Lufthansa, Emirates and most major carriers. Always check your specific airline and fare, since low-cost cabin rules change, but this is built to the common standard.
What does the lifetime warranty actually cover?
Any failure in materials or workmanship for the life of the case: shell cracks, broken wheels, a faulty handle or a jammed zip. We repair it or replace the part free. Normal wear like scuffs and scratches is the character of a well-travelled case, so that is not covered, and neither is airline damage (claim that through the carrier).
How does the 100-day trial work?
Take a real trip with it. Pack it, check it, roll it through an airport. If it is not the best case you have owned within 100 days, send it back for a full refund. Used is completely fine, that is the whole point, and we cover the return shipping.
Is the carry-on bag really weatherproof?
The bag uses a coated 900D fabric with sealed seams and a water-resistant zip, so it shrugs off rain and spills and keeps a laptop dry in a downpour. It is built to handle weather, not to be submerged, so we would not recommend wading through a river with it.
How long does delivery take, and is it free?
Delivery is free on every order. UK orders placed before 2pm ship the next business day and arrive in two to three working days with tracking. Travelling soon? Choose express at checkout for next-day delivery on UK mainland orders.
Can I buy just the case or just the bag?
Yes. The Voyager case is £225 and the Carry-on bag is £120 on their own. The Travel Set bundles both for £276, which is 20 percent off and the way most travellers go, since the bag is designed to clip onto the case handle.
