Do I need a fancy turntable?
Not at all. Our 180g pressings sound great on an entry level deck and even better as you upgrade. If you are starting from scratch, the Starter Crate plus any belt drive turntable will have you spinning the same day.
Can I choose the club record, or skip a month?
The monthly pick is curated by our team, which is half the fun, but you can preview it before it ships and skip any month you are not feeling it. You can pause or cancel in one click from your account, no phone calls.
What does remastered from the original tapes mean?
Where possible we cut from the original analog master tapes rather than a digital copy. That keeps the warmth and dynamic range intact instead of squashing it. Every release lists its source on the sleeve so you always know what you are getting.
How much is delivery?
Free on every order over 35 pounds, which covers all club boxes and the Starter Crate. Smaller single record orders are a flat 3.95 pounds, tracked. Most orders arrive in 1 to 2 working days within the UK.
What if a record arrives warped or damaged?
We replace it, no questions and no return needed. Every record is inspected and packed flat in a rigid mailer, but vinyl is vinyl, so if anything is off when it lands, message us and a fresh copy is on its way.
