What does the lifetime repair promise cover?
If your Wilder pack or bottle wears out or breaks through normal use, we repair it for free, for as long as you own it. Send us a photo, we send back a fix or a repair kit. Wear from accidents or modifications is repaired at a fair, published cost.
What are the pack and bottle actually made of?
The Ridgeline 35 uses a 1680D ballistic nylon shell with a recycled liner, YKK water resistant zips and bartacked load points. The Drylock bottle is double walled 18/8 stainless steel, BPA free, and keeps drinks cold for 24 hours or hot for 12.
How do I care for it on long trips?
Rinse off grit, hand wash with mild soap and air dry out of direct sun. Re-wax the high contact panels once a season with any standard fabric wax. The bottle is hand wash only to protect the insulation seal. Full care notes ship in the box.
How does the 90 day field test return work?
Take it on real trips for up to 90 days. If it does not earn its place on your back, send it back for a full refund, used and all. We pay return delivery within the UK. This is the only way to know gear, so we built the return around it.
