Do I really own it forever?
Yes. Every plan is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Once you buy, the themes and sections in your plan are yours to keep and use for as long as you run your store. There is nothing to renew and no recurring fee.
Can I use it on client stores?
Each license covers one Shopify store. If you are an agency building for clients, the 3-theme pack is a low-cost way to try us, and All-Access is the most economical route when you ship across many stores. Each separate client store needs its own license. If you plan high-volume client work, contact us and we will sort out the right arrangement.
What is your refund policy?
These are digital goods delivered immediately, so we work on a fix-it-or-refund basis. If something is not as described or will not install correctly on a supported Online Store 2.0 theme, tell us and we will fix it. If we cannot make it right, you get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Do you handle VAT and sales tax?
Yes. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and handled at checkout by our payment provider based on your location, so the amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay.
How do I get the files?
Right after checkout you get instant access to your download. Full themes arrive as a Shopify-ready zip you upload in your admin under Online Store, Themes. Individual sections come as code you copy and paste into your theme, with short step-by-step instructions for each one.
Will this work with my current theme?
The sections work on any Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme, so you can drop them into the theme you already use without starting over. The full themes are complete OS2.0 themes if you would rather start fresh.
